Salad:
2-3 packages ramen noodles UNCOOKED
and crumbled
2 cans diced chicken meat drained
½ cup celery
1 box frozen snow peas thawed
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 bag broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix
Dressing:
½ cup corn oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup water
3 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Combine ingredients for salad in large bowl. Mix ingredients (mix well) for dressing in seperate bowl, add to the salad mixture. Place in fridge until chilled and serve.
