1 box of lasagna noodles – uncooked
32 oz. pasta sauce (use your favorite)
Cheese Mixture:
24 oz. ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
2 eggs
16 oz. cottage cheese
11/2 lbs of browned ground turkey
Combine the ricotta cheese, shredded cheese, eggs, cottage cheese, and the browned ground turkey. Layer deep lasagna pan alternating between uncooked lasagna noodles and the cheese mixture. When all layers have been built pour pasta sauce over it all and add 1/2 of the jar to lasagna as well. Cover with foil tightly and bake for about 45 mins. Uncover place shredded mozeralla cheese over all and continue to bake for another 15 mins. Remove from oven, let set for 10 -15 mins. and serve with a salad. ** comes out wonderful **
