POWER PUDDING from from DIANE AKA DitziD
(An alternative to JackIL's Motion Potion)
1/2 CUP COOL WHIP
1/2 CUP PRUNES
1/2 CUP ALL BRAN OR HIGH FIBER CEREAL
1/2 CUP APPLESAUCE
PRUNE JUICE
BLEND IN BLENDER TO CONSISTENCY YOU WANT

NATURAL STOOL SOFTENER, AS RECOMMENDED BY JACK HAILEY'S NEUROLOGIST FOR MS PATIENTS.
- 1 CUP NATURALLY UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
- 1 CUP UNPROCESSED WHEAT BRAN ( I GET IT AT K-MART)
- 1/2 CUP PRUNE JUICE
MIX WELL AND REFRIGERATE.
TAKE 2 TABLESPOONS TWICE DAILY
WORKS BEST WHEN MIXED WITH A WOODEN SPOON. DOUBLE DOSAGE IS RECOMMENDED
