Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of brain lesions at the
beginning
and after one year of treatment with Interferon beta (IFN-b) can help
identify patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) who do not respond to
IFN-b treatment according
to a recent study.
It would be nice to have this sort of indication so that
people who
aren't responding can at least reclaim a bit of quality of life by
going off a therapy that isn't working and avoiding the side effects.
