CheekieHello my name is Karen, I'm from Quebec Canada I am 44. I have secondary progressive ms and use a walker and wheelchair. I have been on 2 interferon meds, Betaserone and Avonex and have also been treated with solumedrol aka corticosteroids for flares. I have 2 children; a daughter 20 and son 18. I was probable for many years before i got a firm dx in 1997. MS has changed my path of life - not always what I expected or wanted, But site's like this that help make it a little easier to get through the unbearable days..knowing we are not alone. =) |
