I was dx'd with R.R. MS in 1998 after experiencing optical neuritis and many doctors appointments in a very short time. I grew up in Florida, but a few months after I was dx'd, I moved to Georgia in order to attend college. Two years after my dx, my mother was dx'd; she is still in Florida with my younger brother and sister. I am still residing in Georgia while I study and prepare to apply to law school. As for treatments, I am now on Tysabri; prior to Tysabri, I was taking Avonex and steroids on a regular basis. I was briefly on chemotherapy which did stabilize me. I am currently living in Atlanta where I would like to attend law school, so keep your fingers crossed! |
