My name is Randy A.K.A. pitchmonke and I am 41 years old. I was dx'd in may of 2003 with rrms. Got married in 2000 and was going to buy a new house and all that but now things have changed. I used to do commerical roofing, hot tar, rubber and the such, that's how I got my screen name (pitchmonke) one of my jobs as a roofer was running hot tar kettle's and a form of hot tar is called coal tar pitch and they called me monkey. I started having trouble with a few things mostly my back left arm went numb and after an ex-ray and MRI of my lower back it was discovered I had 2 bad disc's. but after a lot of this and that so to speak it all lead to ms. OK now that I come in some of these ms chat rooms I have met a lot of new friends, I mean who'd a thunk I'd have friends in Australia. I talk to a few on MSN with a web cam like snowdoggs and others. Now I spend my time playing video games and fishing, cleaning house ( yuck ) yard work and stuff. Its a far cry from roofing but I am now getting used to not being able to be so physical like hunting and just doing hard work. Summer is Easy

Visit Pitchmonke's Jousting Adventures Page My wife and I go to the Michigan Renaissance festival every year and there are lots of things to see. One of the best things we like is the full contact joust. These guy's are trained professionals and do a real good job at jousting. First they get introduced to the crowd and do some rally calls. Then they joust and fight.  For those of you who don't know what a joust is, they take long poles known has jousting poles then they charge each other on horse back. They try and knock each other off the horse and then they put on a fight. It's a very good show lots of fun.

Pitchmonke's Fall Foilage Adventure Tour This weekend we went for a ride to get some fall photos, some places are at peak while others are just gone because its been windy. I didn't get to go to my old hunting grounds like I wanted to but we got some good photos. In the one pic. I'm sending is a house we found for my sister in law lol.
